Description
In Iron Kissed Mercy borrowed a little book about fae artifacts. When she tries to return it, she finds the shop closed, and discovers that there are some other folks who want it, and they don't mind killing a few people to get it.

- Mercy checks up on Phineas as a favor to Tad
- One of Adam's wolves attempts to use the pack bonds to mess with Mercy
- Samuel's wolf takes over control because Samuel is suicidal
- a false warrant is issued for Adam; bounty hunters attempt to detain him
- Mercy and Samuel are attacked by a fae while investigating Phineas' disappearance
- Mercy's trailer is burned down by fae; Adam and Ben are injured
- Paul challenges Adam for control of the pack; the pack order is shaken up
- Gabriel kidnapped by fae
- Mercy, Samuel, Ariana, Jesse and Zee attempt a rescue
